Appoints Common Adjudicating Authority
[To be published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii)] New Delhi, dated the 8th March, 2011 S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Preventive), Kolkata, to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on- [F.No. 437/65/2010-Cus.IV] |
