Appointment of Common Adjudicating Authority

S.O.          (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-
              
(i)      the Additional Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot,  Tughlakabad, New Delhi;
(ii)      the Additional Commissioner of Central Excise, Delhi-IV; and
(iii)     the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Port-Import), Jawaharlal Nehru Customs  House, Nhava Sheva, Raigad, Maharashtra, 
 
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to Srikant Jhavar, A/7/28, Krishna Nagar, Delhi and others  issued videF.No.DRI/MZU/C/Inv-14A/2010-11, dated the 29th March, 2014 read with corrigendum issued vide F.No. DRI/MZU/C/Inv-14A/2010-11/5270 to 5278, dated the 2ndJune 2014 by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit, Mumbai.
