S.O. (E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Deputy Commissioner of Customs, Nhava Sheva-V, Mumbai to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-
(i) the Deputy or Assistant Commissioner of Customs(Port-Import), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Taluka-Uran, District-Raigad, Maharashtra-400707; (ii) the Deputy or Assistant Commissioner of Customs, Office of the Commissioner of Customs(Import), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Andheri(East), Mumbai,
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Larsen and Tubro Ltd., Scomi Engg. Bhd. Consortium, Near Wadala Truck Terminus, next to Anik Best Depot, Wadala(E), Mumbai issued vide Show Cause Notice number 718(ii)28/Seiz/PRU/2013-14, dated the 1st August, 2013by the Deputy Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Patna Regional Unit, Patna.
