S.O. (E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Principal Commissioner or Commissioner of Customs, Chennai-III, 60, Rajaji, Salai, Chennai-600001; to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-
(i) the Principal Commissioner or Commissioner of Customs, Chennai-III, 60 Rajaji, Salai, Chennai-600001; (ii) the Principal Commissioner or Commissioner of Customs (IV), Air Cargo Complex (Export), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Andheri (East), Mumbai-400099,
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s. Visteon Automotive Systems India Private Limited, Village – Keelakaranai, Post – Malrosapuram, Dist. - Chengelpet, Tamil Nadu -603204 issued vide Show Cause Notice number DRI/AZU/CI/ENQ-19(INT-06)/2015, dated the 10th April, 2015 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Ahmedabad Zonal Unit, Ahmedabad.
